Return Policy
- Logo’ed apparel may NOT be returned or exchanged, as these are custom-made to order just for you. We of course will stand behind any quality and workmanship issues.
- Check the size chart prior to purchase - Logo'ed apparel may NOT be exchanged for a different size.
- Tryad Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. We recommend shipping to your store location where a package can be signed for. Packages delivered to a residential address will be left and considered delivered by UPS. We HIGHLY recommend shipping your order to your store location, so your package can be received by an employee with your UPS and not left at a residence where it can be stolen.
Returns: Blank Goods ONLY:
Must be in new condition, have not been worn and/or laundered and we must be notified within 15 days of receipt in order to process the return for full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7days.

Branded Logo’ed goods:
All logo’ed goods are made to order and may NOT be returned.
Exchanges: To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Wrong size: Blank goods can be exchanged for a different size. Product must be in new condition and we must be notified within 15 days of receipt in order to process the exchange. The Freight charge on the return and the replacement is your responsibility. The replacement freight will be charged to the original card used. If the exchange is for a size that incurs additional charges this additional cost will be added to the replacement freight cost.

Quality issues:
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. We will replace any garment that is defective. We will accept defective merchandise that is returned within 90 days. Contact Customer service to explain the problem. The item needs to be returned to receive a replacement item. The item will be replaced and shipped back at no charge to you.
We do not cover worn, torn, ripped or when proper laundering is not followed per the garment label.
To complete your quality exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship recommendation
When returning items to us, we recommend that you use a traceable carrier (such as UPS) that can provide proof of delivery. We are not responsible for return shipments where proof of delivery cannot be provided.
