Shipping policy

Tryad Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. We recommend shipping to your store location where a package can be signed for. Packages delivered to a residential address will be left and considered delivered by UPS. We HIGHLY recommend shipping your order to your store location, so your package can be received by an employee with your UPS and not left at a residence where it can be stolen.
